Total Care Collision LLC operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or request a repair estimate, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to delete it. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
The short version. We collect only what we need to quote and complete your repair. We use it to contact you about your vehicle. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not send marketing messages to people who did not ask for them.

2. What we collect
When you submit the estimate form on this site, or contact us by phone, text, or WhatsApp, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you give it to us
- Your vehicle year, make, and model
- Photos of the damage that you choose to send us
- What you tell us about the incident, your insurance, and how you plan to pay
- The reference number our form generates so we can match your message to your file
We also collect basic technical information that any website receives, such as the type of device and browser you use and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the site working and understand which pages people find useful.
3. Photos you send us
Damage photos are the single most useful thing you can give us, because they turn a rough range into a real price. When you send photos, please keep in mind:
- We use them to assess damage, prepare your estimate, order parts, and document your insurance claim.
- We store them with your repair file.
- We will not publish a photo of your vehicle on our website or social media without asking you first. If we ask and you say no, that is the end of it.
- If a photo you send includes a license plate or anything else identifying, and we later receive your permission to publish it, we blur those details.
4. Why we use your information

- To communicate with your insurance company about your claim, when you ask us to
- To order the correct parts for your vehicle
- To keep records we are required to keep as a repair business
- To ask you for a review after your repair is complete, if you are happy with the work
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
5. Who we share it with
We share your information only when it is needed to do the work, and only with:
- Your insurance company or adjuster, when you have asked us to handle your claim
- Parts suppliers, limited to your vehicle details, never your contact information
- Towing and rental partners, when you ask us to arrange a tow or a rental car
- Service providers who run our tools, such as our website host, our messaging platform, and the software we use to track repair requests. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.
- Authorities, if we are legally required to disclose something
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
6. Text messages and WhatsApp
If you contact us by text or WhatsApp, or if you give us your number and ask us to text you, we will use it to talk to you about your repair. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us, and reply HELP if you need assistance. Stopping texts does not affect your repair.
7. How long we keep it
We keep repair records, including photos and estimates, for as long as we need them to support your warranty and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you contacted us but never became a customer, you can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time and we will.
8. How we protect it
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to repair files is limited to the people at our shop who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and we do not keep information we no longer need.
9. Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop contacting you by text, email, or phone
- Remove a photo of your vehicle from our website or social media

10. Children
This site is for adults arranging vehicle repairs. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep it working properly and to measure how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how parts of the site behave.
12. Other websites
Our pages link to services we use, such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. Once you follow one of those links, that company's own privacy policy applies. We do not control what they collect.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be explained here rather than buried.
